Ubrigens
I have just upgraded from Autocad 2011 to 2018 and on a very basic problem,I am struggling with the Line command. I find the tracking data associated when inserting a line very annoying. I have made numerous attempts to switch this off without success. I appreciate how useful it can be,but when I want it! guran
Try Polar Tracking (F10) or Dynamic Input (F12)?

Cad64
As guran suggested, turning off Dynamic Input (F12) should have disabled all the tracking information. You can also set the DYNMODE variable to 0, which will also disable the tracking information. If that doesn't solve the problem, can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing? Maybe you're talking about something different?
