del1
I'm at Autocad 2018. . I recall there is a way to turn F3 into a temporary switch upon pressing it. I can't find it however. Does anyone know how can it be done? I don't want to toggle it on and off. I'm not used to using it this way.
BIGAL
You can use the combo SHIFT + Right button mouse for temporary snaps or just type at command line, perp non etc.
tombu
By default holding down Shift+A or ' work as temporary overrides for Osnap on/off already. 10 you should know: https://www.cad-notes.com/10-autocad-temporary-override-keys/ They are modifiable in the CUI Keyboard → Temporary Override Keys I would recommend using the default Shortcut and Temporary Override Keys as much as possible. Memorizing all of them would be tough and any new ones you create would have to be added to each PC for every version. For quick reference I have more commonly use AutoCAD shortcuts displayed on my home page http://beauford.altervista.org/
