Predefined text with Field entry

I want to create a template text entry which i import in each new drawing, where somewhere inside theres an area filed entry information.

 

For example "Polygon area is #areafield sq.m."

 

And the only thing i have to do each time i import is choose the polygon. So far if i do it in one drawing and select the object that i want, when i insert in new drawing its information appears as unkown since it doesn not know where the object is.

 

Is there an easier way to do this, or do i have to do the mtext edit, highlight the field entry and then set it from scratch.

 

Its not just one mtext that i want to do this with, otherwise i would not mind.

There is numerous label area lisps out there  a quick search should find what you want some are metric others imperial but easy to change the field definition.
