Circular Tcount by selecting start number

Any one please help me to TCOUNT a radial arranged texts by selecting circular path(Arc or circle) start number of text should be choice and increment should be clock wise.

or Polar array with text increment in clockwise direction.

The answer to your question is fairly simple one of the selection methods is "fence" so the you could pick a circle. This is not quite right you then make a pline as a series of chords representing your circle, then get the co-ords of the pline then your text. 

 

I have a ARC 2  chords, need to add a circle , will need to look at tcount to see how selection is made may need Lee's help. Picking a start point may be feasible.
