rtos DIMZIN UNITMODE Revisited

David Bethel

Recommended Posts

It's been quite a while since I've had to deal with architectural formatted strings

DIMZIN 0

UNITMODE 0

Real parameter 11.0

I need to output formatted as 0'-11"

I do not want the leading 0 suppressed, but I do want the dash separator.

For this project, the remainder formatting isn't important ( fraction or decimal are both acceptable )

(rtos 11.0 4 2) ;consistantly not returning my intended results

I cab't remember if there are other sysvars that control this action ?

Any Ideas ?  Regards  -David

Thanks Al !  LOL  Older ( much older )  help files only mention that 0-3 pertain to feet and inches.  It gives no explanations.  Add my memory ain't what it was !  -David
