ABAKAM BASSEY ABAKAM
I was using AutoCAD 2010 for my work before now, after my system crashed and I installed a new operating system, I upgraded my CAD version to 2017. Since then, I started seeing some lines in my work space which are not in my drawings. If I print the drawings, those lines are not there. However, this is not so If I start a fresh drawing. Attached here is a sample of what I am referring to. Best regards, Abakam, Abakam CHALLENGE.docx
nukecad
That's a graphics problem we've seen before. Try turning off 'Hardware Acceleration' for your graphics, that usually cures it. This says Windows-7 but it covers Win 10 as well: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/hardware-acceleration-windows-7 Edited October 12, 2019 by nukecad
SLW210
Actually "Turning off Hardware Acceleration" is not a "cure", but a workaround of the true problem. You need a better graphics card or a different driver to "cure" the problem if possible on your computer. What are the specifications for your computer, graphics card and driver?
