It came with interactive software that works just like the one you demonstrated. It references drawings, details and tables from the book. The most puzzling aspect of FIMS is that the Archibus company works entirely in the realm of facility management, so when I first used this back in the 90’s, I could not figure out why the demo was about car parts rather than buildings, floors, and rooms. The rooms data is attached to a closed polyline on the "RM" layer. Other data such as building floor gross, department area, etc can also be stored on defined layers.
