I need it for CNC metal milling, working on this 3d model (https://www.artec3d.com/3d-models/chinese-coin ) and have no idea how to do that. Really appreciate your help. Louis. Lazer Posted February 2, 2020 Share Posted February 2, 2020 There are two ways to do this. 1st is set the colour this does exactly what is says on the tin it just changes the colour shown in the 1st link ammobake posted. The 2nd way in the 2nd link ammobake posted changes the properties of the model so it performs as a real material. It can be use to calculate the weight of an object or for running F.E.A calculation.
