Draw Line to End at the Same X or Y Point as an Adjacent Line

Working on a computer that was setup by others. One of the things I notice is that when I draw a line or stretch it, on my home system I can hover the mouse over the end of an adjacent line and AutoCAD will sense that I want the other line to end on the same x or y coordinate. Makes it easier to make a line end in the same plane as the other. But this system doesn't do that. I got to believe there is an environment variable set on this on and it just needs adjusting to get what I want.

I generally use Point Filters from the Object Snap Cursor Menu for that.
