therealjd
Hey Folks, I've been looking for a way to check a DWS file to see what mappings have been setup in the file. I actually am shocked this is not part of the default toolset for using standards files. I did find this reference that uses .Net, but I don't use .net and was hoping for an autolisp / vlisp solution. Does anyone have anything like the linked available? https://adndevblog.typepad.com/autocad/2017/05/accessing-drawing-standards-file-dws.html Thank you JD
Tharwat
Certainly it is very possible with the use of AutoLISP 'ObjectDBX' since the format of .DWS is openable via AutoCAD.
