Have been trying to make use of the data shortcuts and get those into the daily workflow for our team and while i thought i had a good handle on things we moved onto a new revision on one of our projects and it has really thrown a wrench into my plans here. How can I best archive the previous revision but keep moving on with a new one with out having to redo all the data shortcuts? What is everyone else doing?
