cam69_21
Hi everyone, I am having a problem with Civil 3D 2009. Whenever I am in a command such move for example. if I try to zoom out using the scroll button I get this error message: Fatal Error: Unhandled c000000dh Exception at 78138aa0h then after the error message it just shuts down. I have looked in the Autodesk knowledge base but there is nothing in there about this type of problem. Any Help that you might have would be greatly appreciated. ReMark
First thing I would try is the REPAIR option off the installation DVD. Are you current with all service packs?
ReMark
Is there a raster image attached to this drawing?
cam69_21
I just loaded the new software. when I looked at it it appears to be up to date. The problem with trying to repair it is that the company that i work for has the disk in the main office so I do not have it here. I believe that I had a similar problem with land desktop 2007. I want to say that I changed the view resolution and that fixed the problem, but I tried that and it did not work. There was not a raster image attached to this particular drawing. If you think of anything else please let me know. I may just have to get the main office to send the disk back to me so that I may try to repair it. Thanks for your suggestion. ReMark
Unfortunately, as you point out, there was a lack of info at the AutoDesk site.

ReMark
If you plug the error message into your Google search bar you will see several links come up to posts (most of them at the AutoDesk Forums) regarding the same error and possible solutions. What steps have you taken on your own to solve the problem?
