Connect multiple block with polylines vertex

i want to connect multiple block that i pick connected with polyline vertex

in example:
- I have 5 block
- Create polyline with 5 vertex (one polyline)
- Each vertex connected to the block sort by block position X Ascending and Y Descending.
- So first vertex is on first block, second vertex on sec block, and so..

if its possible i want to make that connected polylines converted to arc like my screenshoot.

 

Just for information what i make is putting the cable/wire/circuitry to the lighting fixture.
