Changing font face/style at once

Ok the 2021.1 update is not and option for me right now so I set lispsys to zero as you said and it still doesn't work. The file I need the command for is a file I got from someone else. So what I did is I created a few mleaders other than the ones originally in the file when I got it. The strpmtext command works perfectly on the mleaders I created but not on the ones originally there. Here is the drawing attached below. All the mleaders "TEST 1" through "TEST 21" are the ones originally came in with the file. The other mleaders are the ones I created myself and changed the color and style in the text editor to test them if they work. Please see the attached file and let me know if you could figure out what the problem is.

Even with the 2021.1 update the only way I was able to to get it to remove the TEXT color was using MATCHPROP to the ones you created.

Easy workaround at least.

It's best not to ever use Standard style name for Multileaders, Dimensions or Text as they differ from user to user and often drawing to drawing. Try and give them  distinctive names indicating properties differ from Standard. The drawing you got from someone else had that style defined differently which may have caused the issue as they both share the Standard Multileader style name while having obvious differences like arrow sizes.

Yeah another thing that can throw a wrench into this is user overrides....

Bane of my existence.

Keep standard styles for everything in the drawing there's no reason for user overrides to be present, imo.

If you select all your multileaders, for example, they should be all the same style.  This way you can make corrections and it will update all of them at the same time.

This is why those kinds of features exist but some people will unknowingly use the overrides on every single block...  Which drives me nuts.

Even on a thread from 2007.

Happy Friday!
