dwg split in two parts

I have a drawning originally separated into parts. My question is how to re-unite all parties in a single file. Dwg?

 

How do I change the background color that is white to blackin the drawning area?

Re-unite drawing parts: copy/paste.

 

Screen background color change via Options > Display > Colors.

You could also Xref one file into the other. Then Bind the Xref, using the "Insert" option. Then Explode the resulting block.

 

Or just INSERT one drawing into the other, with "Insertion Point - Specify on Screen" unchecked. Then Explode the block.

 

(I just don't like copying and pasting large amounts of information between drawings) :geek:
