I would refuse to to accept any more drawings from that other person. He is using an Educational version of AutoCad, and any plots produced from it will have that plot stamp, and you can't get rid of it. Also your computer may be infected now...you better check by doing a plot of another of YOUR drawings.

This is a limit imposed to educational programs I guess, so that's the way it works

There is no way of removing it. I would not accept drawings that were created by an educational version or use blocks from an educational version.

Contact the person who supplied you with these drawings and tell them they need to provide you with proper drawings created with a legal version of Autocad, not a student version. If they refuse to comply, contact your Autocad reseller, or your Autodesk rep, and report them.
The educational version is for students, not working professionals.
Contact Autodesk and report people who are using the student version for commercial purposes.
Be part of the solution instead of helping to perpetuate the problem.
