sorry.. if i post my recently question twice..
now i would ask about how to use a car blueprint to model a car?
can anyone help me.. ?

You want to draw over the lines on the blueprint is that what you mean? If so then you can take a print screen of the blueprint, save it as a .jpg (or something else) and the "insert image" in a sketch and draw over the top of it.

If you have a blueprint, you should have everything you need (read "dimensions") to model the car. Now, other than that if you can answer the questions posited to you in the other threads you started, we can help you further.

What format is the blueprint in? Is it a hardcopy print? Is it a .pdf? Is it a .dwg? Is it a .dxf?

The blueprint format is .Jpg image.
Yes i want to draw over the lines on the blueprint, but if i insert image in skecth it would be look like this.
