Is there no one from Autodesk that can tell us why for an arc under 90 degrees the extension lines are not perpendicular to the arc? This is a drafting standard and long time drafters in my company (and others I have spoken with) don't understand why they are shown as if dimensioning the length of a chord. The measurement is correct it's just the presentation is wrong. Help us please! Quote
hazardman Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 there is a lisp routine called arc-dim.lsp that will do what you're asking... basically what it does is use an agular dimension then overides the with text...as such to update the dimension you will need to redraw it... Quote
