Any ideas why i am unable to move the position of the second part of the attribute ( 11.31CL)

I am able to move it with grip editting.

do you know why it wont move like the top one though.

any more ideas?

I'm not sure what you are asking. I am able to move both of them with grip editting.

i am only able to move the top one. when i go to move the second one the blue grip will move but the text stays in the same place
