Toolspace in Civil 3d 2009

I just recently installed Civil 3D 2009 and I am having problems opening the Toolspace(thats what it was called in 2009 ), If I remember right it has tabs on the side that say prospector and settings.

I saw it as soon as it downloaded but when I rextarted and opened back up it was gone.

I have been trying to look over and over agian in the CUI but what is called Toolspace there is not what I am looking for. I believe it changed name.

Could anyone tell me how to re-open this tool?

In '08 you get it from the General pulldown menu. Haven't used '09 so not sure.

Yep, 2009 is still in the general drop-down menu.
