Ok, i've never used a .PLT file. I have an outside designer that's sent me some PDF files. I plot them using my in-house plotter and many areas look as if they've been "screened out". He was using a light green for the layer that holds all the "screened out" areas. He is telling me to get ahold of the print shops .PLT file settings and that will resolve the problem. I've never used a .PLT file and am not sure what he means.

Hmmm ok, thank you for finding this for me. I've read through the entire thread but am still a little unclear about what a .PLT file is/does.
