Hi,
I want to give sequential names to each points (example: z1-1200-001, z1-1200-002, z1-1200-003, ...each points will be like these). How can i do this. If you have any idea, please help me.
Many thanks.

When you say "names" do you mean you want them numbered this way, ie you want the point numbers to be in that format as opposed to 1, 2, 3, etc.?

There is a field you can add to your point label styles called "name", but I'm not too familiar with it. If you want your point numbers rather than this name field to be in the format you requested you can modify the point number in your label style, but I'm unsure of how to get the leading zeros (z1-1200-001) in the number itself.
