Having Problems with Plotting converted .pdf files

Ok to start off in our office we distribute our drawing plan sets as .pdf files. So we use currently .pdf factory to convert .dwg plan set files to .pdf. Now this happens randomly but when a person prints the plan set out it prints with mistakes such as misaligned title block, offset view ports, missing view ports, some view ports rotated and partially missing, and more. But again very few people in the office print out with no problems and they have the same set up as everyone else I believe. Maybe I missed something in the settings between the different users I dunno.

So basically looking for some guidance with this to fix this problem or if someone can directly me to a different program that works most of the time with printing out .pdf files that were converted from .dwg files.

what version of acad? i think the 2008 version of dwg->pdf pc3 is broken, and you need to use the 07 version

Using 07. Can not find the option within AutoCad 07 to plot to pdf plus I was told it does not work well. So might be looking towards an alternative way to get this going. But If you have any help towards the plot to pdf within 07 I could possibly test that also just to see how it works. This is a issue at my office that needs to be fixed asap.

I started to wonder if setting the plot size "of saved pdf" and printed from pdf in a different size could be a problem but I am unsure atm.
