Object snap toolbar in dashboard?

Is there an easy way I can place the object snap toolbar in the dashboard? (like under the layers control panel)

I'm using AutoCAD 08

Customizing the Dashboard in AutoCAD 2008. Start with the link below:

At the first web page look for the heading Create Dashboard Panels. Click on it. At the next screen you have two choices. They are Create and edit dashboard panels and Add or switch dashboard controls. Choose the first one. View the content of this third screen then page down to the bottom where you'll find additional options.
