Convert *.dtm to a *.fbk

I need to convert a .dtm file to a .fbk file.
The dtm file has point and breakline data in which I need to import into Civil 3D 2009.

cOULD SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME TO DO THIS.

You can just create a dwg, import the points and add the breaklines to your surface... What format is your dtm in?

FBK as in Trimble "fieldbook" data. I think you may need the Trimble Link software? There may be freeware as well. Sorry not more help.
