Does anyone know to to get the burst & txt2mtxt commands on MEP I use them alot on AutoCAD but they don't seem to be available on MEP.

If you've already installed the program, you'll need to go through Add/Remove programs on the Control Panel. Select AutoCAD MEP 2009 in the list and click the Change/Remove button.
When the Maintenance Mode dialog appears, click on "Add or Remove Features". In the next box, check the option for Express Tools. You'll need the install disk handy to add the Express Tools.
If you haven't installed the product yet, you'll have to click on the Configure button during install and manually select them. They are not installed by default.
