Can`t see MEP duct in CadDuct

We have produced a drawing in MEP and when sent to our client, he has opened it and some items do not show. All layers are on , what can be the problem?

you should have to get MEP object enabler for AutoCAD from autodesk web site (it is free)

Here is another quick way that works change view to sw iso and then export to acad....it will export to solids and you will be able to see it...
