The standard parts
more than likely we dont use most of them
how would i be able add new ones in
i would like to add flanges and pipes and stuff like that how would i do it.
if not possible how would i make a similar program with ease?

I think from what you're asking you would simply create a library of blocks?

yes, i would like to incorpriate it into the standard parts list so that they are all in the same area and easy to you, and also have the automatic bom features, that come with the standard parts
