Inventor 2009 student version glitches?

I see they pulled the download from students.autodesk.com ...

I've been having a problem with the pan feature of the center mouse button not working until the program is restarted.

And is there any way to save into a 2008 file format?

I'm not sure of exactly how it works but would Inventor 2009 Service Pack 1 work for the student version? Anyone know?

Here's a link to the Readme file about what issues the service pack addresses. You'll have to read it to see if it has any mention of the issues you are encountering.
