Importing Part with Excel

I just made a almost full assembly parametric with Excel, the only thing that I have to do is that in my assembly there's some part that it's bought. And this part is also changing alot. I was woundering if it's possible to tell Inventor with Excel "insert this part in the assembly". And is it possible to remove part "hide them" also with Excel.

Or maybe there's a better way to do it.

I had to something like this for a class I took where a part was supressed through excel. I can't remember the exact steps I took, but it is possible.

If you ever get your hand on how to do it, please give me the information. I really need it to continue my work.
