Windows XP Hidden Theme

I was lurking around Google tonight and came across this: Royale Noir

It is the same style as the MCE of Windows XP, but Black. Just thought I would share for those interested. I installed it on my laptop and it's really responsive. It's not like a 3rd party app that does "skins" so there's nothing buggy about it. I like it, honestly.

I saw this before, a very nice theme. They should have released it and used it over Luna (XP's default theme) IMHO.
