Is there some way to make file synchronization? Maybe some app needed? I've found only one program for mу - File Sync - here (filesync.moleskinsoft.com) but want to know if there are some other programs like this.

Are you specifically talking about AutoDesk Civil 3D drawing files or just any files generally found on a computer?
