Linetypes for geological map

I need to create a few linetypes for a geological map. It is to look like this:

--\--/--\--/

Except that the line from one dash to the next should be continous.

I tried following the instructions found here:

by modifying the zig zag linetype, but it didn't work to well. Any tips?

try the following (i.e. copy and paste it into a .lin file)

*GEOL-RUSTY,rusty-CADTutor
A,4.166667,["\",Standard,y=-1.25,s=2.5],5,["/",Standard,y=-1.25,s=2.5],5,["\",Standard,y=-1.25,s=2.5],5,["/",Standard,y=-1.25,s=2.5],.833333

in future, you may wish to look at using the Express Tools function MKLTYPE to make custom linetypes
