Unwanted regen (Z, E) in power dimensioning...

I am aware that this could be specific to Mechanical, but I have a feeling it's not to do with the command...?

I keep getting unwanted ZOOM E mid command which is proving pretty annoying, although it only shows as a regen in my command line:

Command: _ampowerdim

(Single) Specify first extension line origin or
[Angular/Options/Baseline/Chain/Update] <Select>:

Specify second extension line origin:

Regenerating model.
Specify dimension line location or [Options/Pickobj]: Regenerating model.

(Single) Specify first extension line origin or
[Angular/Options/Baseline/Chain/Update] <Select>:

Select arc, line, circle or dimension:

Any ideas as to what might have caused this?

Further to the above it seems to only occur in MS... :?

Ok a colleague has solved this one by looking up on the Autodesk website...

Power Dimension automatically zooms to the extents of the drawing

Issue

When you did a Power Dimension (ampowerdim), the drawing automatically zoomed to the largest possible view.
This does not happen with the normal AutoCAD dimension. You want to know how to avoid this behavior.

Solution

To resolve this issue, you need to change the value of the system variable UCSFOLLOW to zero.

As this really is a Mechanical specific issue could a moderator be so kind to move it into the Mechanical section?

The really strange thing about this is that it didn't affect a new drawing? :?
