I don't know how i've managed this, but whenever i ty to

draw anything with polar tracking, the dotted path is going the

OPPOSITE way to where i'm after.

 

e.g. I want to draw a line at 45 degrees, polars increment is set to

every 45 degrees, i drag the line to the right and up, it saps to the 45

degree path, but the path line is going 135 degrees?

 

is there a setting i've changed or is it just being awkward today?:?

Just in one drawing, or multiple? I imagine you've looked at your UCS.

yeah just the one drawing, ucs set to world.

Are you perchance in a Bottom view :shock:

 

Can you go to Top View :)

I'm at a loss. I was only shooting from the hip cuz r14 doesn't even have polar tracking.

 

Is that avatar pic of you? You resemble a friend from many years back.

problem fixed. closed drawing no save changes and reopen - no problem.

Nope, I'm also an old foggie so that would reduce that possibility.

 

Good to hear things righted themselves. Odd things happen at times.
