This works in Autocad 2000/2000i +

Viz r3 or Autocad. The link posted by Mr T were ok but not quite what I was looking for I want just a plain mirror material with no color.

No color ? Well just select the material once in RMAT (command) and select MODIFY. Then adjust the colors so they are balanced and white is visible. Post for more step-by-step help if required.

Is there anyone out there that could help me draw a mirror in 2009. Rmat doesn't seem to exist anymore

i dont have a screen shot handy but im pretty sure there is a mirror template built in. when you create a new material can you take a screen shot of what templates are available?

i was digging through some old renders of mine and found the joker bathroom:)

That was done in acad09. Im sure i posted the settings for the mirror in a post somewhere in here. The user i believe was trying to get the render settings right.

Here's the screen shot. I tried messing around with the two different glass templates it has but I couldn't get it to look reflective. I see why you called that one the joker bathroom haha

okay under the Type menu there should be at least 4 options if i remember right. Realistic, Realistic metal, advanced, advanced metal. Try going to the realistic metal . You want the shininess all the way up and the self illumination all the way down for starters and see where that gets you.
