Hi guys,

 

now i know this request may be a stretch.......bbbbbuuuuuttttt...here goes.:?

 

is it possible to create a lisp routine, to keep the Layer Properties Manager open????? i have 2 computer screens so i have the room for it to be opened,

 

does anyone have a routine, or can create one, or even know if it is possible in the first place???

It can be done without resorting to a lisp routine. Disable Allow Docking and Auto Hide.

Hey there ReMark hanks for that! is that possible for 2008???? or is it just 2009. i would try it now on my Cad but, only have Cad at work, at the moment not on my home Comp.

I don't have 2008 but I do have 2007. I will check on it and get back to you. My guess is the answer will be "yes".

 

I was wrong Emily. I opened LPM and then tried to select the line command and AutoCAD would not allow me to do it. I had to close LPM first. At this point, all I can suggest is that you try it yourself upon your return to work.
