Metric vs. Imperial, again.

My apologies in advance for bringing this up again......

I've spent the last 60 minutes searching and still haven't come up with an answer.

I'm working on a drawing that was done in imperial. That is to say, if I do a "dist" command on a door opening I get a measurement of 3'-0"

I understand the concept of units, but is it possible to change the output of the "dist" command to read millimeters instead of feet and inches?

Thanks, for your help.

Bruce.

although that wont do the conversion to metric, it will still give you the imperial distance in units.
