Fatal error message

Hello,

i'm using autocad LT 2009. And when i'm moving over the icon's suddenly a fatal error appears: fatal error unhandled access violantion reading 0x000c Exception at 10380e11h. Could someone help me with this please.

Here is what i found when i googled the meassage:

Error 0x000C is caused by missing system files or broken system registry structures. This is a critical sign of an unstable system that is typically caused by improper maintenance of the computer.

Apparently its more a microsoft issue than a Autocad Problem.

Before i run the tool, i would like to ask you if this is a regular problem with windows xp or something, or is it something that only appears with autocad LT 2009. And are there more people that are having the same problem with LT 2009 and windows xp
