ILLZILLA Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 Iv been trying to figure out a way to print out multiple sheets within the sheet set manager without having to open each sheet up indivisually and plotting it. Iv been told by a coworker about selecting all the sheets and going into the publish dialog box and ploting them all out from there. This seems to work for others in my office but when I try to do it, only the first sheet from the list will plot. The print progress icon will tell me that the sheets are plotting but nothing actually plots but the first sheet. I dont know why it does this. Does anyone know how I can make this work? or does any one know any other methods for plotting multiple sheets at once? Any information would be much appriciated. Thankyou Quote
Dipali Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 check the page setup column in publich dialoguebox next to list of sheets. Have you assigned relavent pagesetup to all the sheets? Quote

Commandobill Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 When you publish a drawing it prints each layout to the current print settings. Have you checked the sheets to see if they are setup correctly? Quote

CADken Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 Iv been trying to figure out a way to print out multiple sheets within the sheet set manager without having to open each sheet up indivisually and plotting it. when you open the sheet set manager are you following this 5 part setup?: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=8446204 if not I highly suggest running through these PDFs and set it up as the directions tell you to, there is no reason you should have to open each sheet.
