Hello all,

I have "AUTOCAD 2008 TUTOR FOR ENGINEERING GRAPHICS". I dropped the CD for doing the samples. You can guess what happened. It broke in two :x . I called Delmar Learning to get a replacement, but just my luck, they dont have replacement disks for the book i am working with:x :x .

So, is there anyone out there that has this disk and willing to share? i dont want to have to buy another book just to get the disk. Can anyone help?

thanks in advance.

get in touch with your local reseller, or email AutoCAD themselves, and state that you're happy to provide the damaged disk in exchange?

Thanks for the ideas Strix. but the local reseller said "they cant do anything about the disk, and to call the Publisher(Delmar Learning). As for emailing AutoCAD(autodesk) could only help if the publication was theirs.

well, i guess i will have to spend another $100 just to get the CD.

... no wonder people prefer downloads these days!

Before plunking down the $100 I would try contacting the publisher. It's worth a try.

Two other options.

eBay. I saw a used copy in good condition listed for the Buy It Now price of $37. The ad did not mention the CD specifically so I would check with the seller first.

Amazon. I saw the book listed for $65 (at least it's cheaper). Of course it is brand new too.
