Dynamic Simulation Descriptive Tutorials?

I am trying to learn Inventor's dynamic simulation module. I want the links of some good tutorials for this purpose. kindly help me in this regard .

I have not seen any on the net yet, I ended up going on a course to learn it, I did a 2 day course and that was enough to teach me the basics.
