I doubt you will find a tutorial specifically for modeling a building, but check the list of sites that offer free tutorials I posted in THIS (http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?t=29434) thread. Once you learn the basics of the program, you should be able to model just about anything without having to follow a tutorial.

Please read my first reply in this thread Nashid. I've already answered this question and I've posted several links to sites that offer hundreds of 3DS Max tutorials. Just click on the link in that post.

And as I said before, if you learn the basics, you will be able to model anything without the need for tutorials. Start small and work your way up. You may be starting with a project that is above your current skill level.
