Please help with animating an arm.

I have a "robot" that was already made and it is correct, but I have to make the one arm do a punching motion. Whenever I animate the constraints it says that "The Specified Value Can Not Be Applied."

 

 

Please help me!!

 

Using Inventor 09 by the way.
