Buying a Computer to Suit Inventor

G'day,

I'm in the market to purchase a computer for Inventor. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I'm thinking something with a 64bit processor, ati firegl card, 4+gig ram.

Both PC and a Laptop. (Work is Paying for it)

seems you already know what you require, yes i'm running inventor 08 and MEP 09, I dont know about specific computer's(which come with everything) to buy but the most important things you ideally you need is 3/4 GB RAM, 64 bit processor would be nice!, nvidia for graphics? they are the best iv'e come across, 150 gb hardrive + (ovo depends on you and how much space you want) and the biggest monitor you can find! 26"??...

that's the BASIC requirements so if you go higher in every option your'e sure to be a winner!

Laptop: 8710W from HP

Desktop: 64 bit, and make sure you have a Intel Core 2 Duo E8600, dont worry about quad core inventor cant use it. 8gb ram if possible.
