any way to get 2005 on to vista?

got a student edition that i havent installed.
and i was curious if there was any way i could install SW 2005 onto vista.

I was wanting to get back into SW and relearn everything i had forgotten,
i remember how fun that program was and how fast and easy it was.

well i was able to find a computer with XP with the right system requirements

but still having troubles installing SW 2006-2007 student edition
bought it along time ago and im just now trying to get it to work

it had an error installing and couldnt continue with the installation
and i tried to repair what ever was broken but that was a no go

i just uninstalled what was there

im not a computer guru but could someone help me out?
