Enfiel3D Posted December 6, 2008 Posted December 6, 2008 Is it possible to assign colour different from the rest of the model to the faces of the parts in Assembly environment, as we do that in Part evironment? Quote
Lazer Posted December 7, 2008 Posted December 7, 2008 No you have to double click it part in an assembly then select the face and right click it then select properties and change the colour of the face, it would be nice if it could be done in an assembly. Quote
Safwah Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 If you double clicked on the part in the assembly mode you can edit the part itself. The do as above, right click > properties > change the face color etc. Then double click in blank area to go out of part edit and save and apply save to all parts that have changed. Quote
Enfiel3D Posted December 16, 2008 Author Posted December 16, 2008 It works good, but it changes faces in a part itself, rather than just in assembly. I agree, it would be nice if it could be done there... Quote
