Hyperlinks in microstation - 3D models

Is it possible to attack any hyperlinks to solid block definitions in microstation? I know you can do this in CAD but apparently the hyperlinks don't transfer (only in 3D) over to Autodesk Design Review or into a useful pdf format.

Microstation has an excellence 3D plotting device that allows a kind of "viewport" in adobe... but i can't figure out how to attach any kind of hyperlink(s) to any part of the 3D model.
