creating block attributes.

I have finally figured out SSM, well enough to suit my needs at least, now Im trying to create view label blocks and call-out blocks based on my companys standards. I have to change all text from dtext and mtext to attributes, Ive attempted a few times but cannot seem to figure out how to keep the text the same style for the title and get things to come in centered when they change from field place holders to actual fields with values. Ive attached a dwg with my standard call-out and view label blocks (which is pretty much the title for the dwg and the bubble that references that title and dwg on other sheets) any help is greatly appreciated.
