can i create custom parts in MEP... just trying to decide if its good for the company...

Yes. I am assuming you are talking about MV parts with connections.

no i mean like i have my own symbols for 2d ductwork, there are no VRF units etc, is it possible to add these?

Of course. just make your own Block Library set and use Tool Palettes for organization and insert purposes. :)

but that would be like vanilla autocad, what i want to know is if you can make MVParts (i think that's what they're called)

LifeoRiley just stated in the 3rd post that you mean MvParts, and then your next post was "no i mean like i have my own symbols for 2d ductwork", and then you say you DO want to make MvParts after I respond....?? :shock:

please forgive me i am still confused :)

maybe i just have to experiment and improvise... i'll look on how to make mvparts
